We pressure test the system cold, then run the engine up to temperature and look again. Some leaks only open up once the metal expands, which is why the second check matters.
No. We bring the correct coolant for your engine and mix it to spec, since the wrong type can damage seals and gaskets over time.
We test for it, and if that is what we find we will tell you plainly. A head gasket is usually a lift and machine shop job rather than driveway work, and we would rather say so than start something we cannot finish properly on site.
